In order for our new contract to go into effect, each AFSCME bargaining unit must first ratify this tentative agreement! Mail ballots were sent out on Friday, January 26 to all state employees eligible to vote. Please be on the lookout for your mail ballot as well as instructions on how to vote and a link to a copy of the tentative agreement.

All mail ballots MUST BE RETURNED by WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 14 at 5:00 PM to the AFSCME Maryland Ostend Street office in Baltimore.
